Earn Industry Accreditation through acadami Certificate Programs
We develop education curriculum that fulfill requirements for industry accreditation and certification programs such as Xplor EDP. We believe that employee development needs to take place in three stages which is in line with other industry leading technical and professional accreditation programs such as Project Management Institutes (PMI), SAS Six Sigma, and AIIM.
The levels are:
- Specialist
- Professional
- Master
Employers can use this program to increase employee morale, productivity, efficiency and quality, while benchmarking their staff against industry best practices and standards. Because the student is examined on the knowledge they have gained, and that training leads to industry standard certification, the program meets corporate HR and Education guidelines and can be funded using the professional development and training budget because.
In addition, the method of instruction and course content conform to the levels of intellectual behaviour important to learning as defined by Bloom’s taxonomy: remembering and understanding, applying and analyzing, evaluating and creating. And our online Learning Management System is SCORM 1.2 compliant.

Transaction Document Specialist
Trained specialists would be responsible for individual tasks in their area of work under the supervision of a Professional. They demonstrate an understanding of the fundamental knowledge, processes, and terminology of the transaction document production work flow, and the document development and operations life-cycle.
Learning Methodology - Remembering and Understanding
Specialists can recognize the process and its position in the entire transaction document production work flow, list the steps by name, describe what each step does, and use key terminology (buzzwords) in their proper context. They can interpret the process learned into their existing environment, describe the process and how it interconnects with other processes within their organization, and use knowledge gained to improve their own performance.
Accreditation Opportunity
Graduates of our Transaction Document Specialist School can apply for accreditation as an Xplor Electronic Document Associate if they have at least two years active work experience with the technologies, processes, and practices within the industry.
For more information, view the Transaction Document School full course syllabus.
-
Transaction Document Professional
Trained Professionals demonstrate a working knowledge and experience in supporting a significant subset of both the document production work flow and the document development and operations life-cycle. They demonstrate enough working knowledge of these processes to make critical business decisions regarding technology selection or process deployment. They would be able to independently undertake projects or act as team-leader on major projects or programs, and oversee the work of associate level team members.
Learning Methodology - Applying and Analyzing
Trained Professionals can use a significant subset of the technologies involved in the process, know when and how to use the different technologies within their work environment, can break down an existing process into its constituent parts, recognize their relationship to one another and how they are organized, identify root causes of problems, symptoms, and requirements, and/or plans of action within a complex scenario.
Accreditation Opportunity
A graduate of the Transaction Document Professional School can apply for accreditation as an Xplor Electronic Document Professional if they have at least five years active work experience with the technologies, processes and practices within the industry, and prove these skills through three work examples from projects or activities in which they participated. The EDP Commission will evaluate the work examples for evidence of the candidate's working knowledge (applying and analyzing) in the technologies of the document production Workflow, and the level of the candidate skill while participating at each stage of the document system development and operations lifecycle.
For more information, view the Transaction Document School full course syllabus.
-
Transaction Document Master
A master makes judgments about the value of proposed ideas and solutions by comparing the proposal to specific criteria or standards, putting parts or elements together in such a way as to reveal a pattern or structure not clearly there before, identifying which data or information from a complex set is appropriate to examine further or from which supported conclusions can be drawn, and recognizing root problems with the foundation technologies, architecture, development process, or continuous improvement process.
