Equivalency Exam

The Transaction Document Specialist School Equivalency Exam is a skills assessment examination to help professionals and employers in the transaction document industry benchmark themselves against other industry professionals in terms of the breadth and depth of their knowledge of:

1. transaction document anatomy
2. transaction document production process
3. document systems life cycle

A number of employers highly visible in the document production space have been using the Transaction Document Specialist School as part of their employee training plan. In fact, over 80% of all the EDAs awarded through Xplor International have come from this select group of companies, and the employees earned the designation after taking the acadami courses in the Transaction Document Specialist School.

   Equivalency Exam Registration

   The material in this skills assessment exam is a random sampling of 60 questions taken from a much larger pool of questions used to test students who enroll in the Transaction Document Specialist School. Graduating students score at least 85% on a similar battery of questions. If you score less than 85%, we recommend the Transaction Document School as an effective way to broaden and deepen your industry knowledge.

   Please complete the registration form, then proceed directly to the examination. Answer the 60 questions in 60 minutes, and you must answer each question to proceed. Your score will be presented at the end of the examination.
