TA-DA: acadami launches a new website
Actually, we have revitalized our old website. Why?
We needed a facelift that integrates social media. Now we can easily post blogs to drive discussions and share them through our channels on Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn. We wanted to be able to engage with you via social media, and quickly update or add information to keep you informed with what’s going on.
What major changes have you made, you might also ask?
Lots of class and graduate pictures, more up-to-date information on classes, and most importantly, a treasure-chest full of instructor advice salted with the usual war stories.
Is the blog going to be the Bill and Bill show, you also ask?
Nope, we have six course developers and instructors. Each of us have an extensive background in many parts of the industry. We have a lot of opinions, helpful suggestions, and war-stories. We hope that the blog will reflect this vast array of talent. And if you’ve never heard of the “Bill and Bill” show stay tuned for our next episode .
So where are all the pictures?
We always put the class photos on our website. We also plan to upload impromptu shots on our Facebook page during the events.
Will McCalpin post any source code?
Not if we catch him first.
